Increase Maple Trade Corporation’s brand execution and online presence by designing a user-friendly interface website that allows independent restauranteurs to access product specifications and business-related information.

Due to the pandemic, restaurants have had to get creative and mainly rely on take-out and delivery to keep their businesses afloat. This has led to an increase in demand for to-go containers, which has caused the need to allocate costs to packaging and delivery.

While MTC’s direct sales were primarily to wholesale businesses, they noticed that independent restaurateurs were frequently inquiring about their products. As a result, they recognized the need to improve their company website to better serve the market as a resource for potential customers.

​

My focus was on creating an easy-to-navigate website design showcasing MTC’s products and expertise in the industry. The website allows users to access the product catalog online, download a pdf version for reference, or contact MTC for more information. As a result, the company saw an increase of 15% in conversation rate within the first six months of their initial launch, and their efficiency doubled due to less phone call handling.
